September 23
Police arrested an intoxicated male for minor in possession/consumption of alcohol.

September 22
Officers responded to a traffic accident in the Lawlor Events Center parking lot. Police arrested an intoxicated male for driving under the influence, his second offense in a seven-year period. Officers also charged the driver with unsafe backing and assault on another person.

Police took an intoxicated male at Lawlor Events Center into civil protective custody.

Police arrested an adult in the Lawlor parking lot for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

September 21
Officers responded to a fight in progress at the intersection of North Virginia and West Ninth streets. One student was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment of injuries.

September 20
Police cited a male subject for a hit and run property damage and driving with suspended registration after striking a pole at Barnes Plaza.

A university student at the Delta Delta Delta sorority house reported receiving threatening messages through a MySpace Internet page.

A university student found an envelope containing cash in the Lawlor Parking Lot. The cash was turned in to university police for safekeeping.

A university student reported finding her vehicle damaged after parking in the Brian Whalen Parking Garage. A driver was cited for failure to use due care.

September 19
Officers responded to a reported bicycle accident on Center Street. A university employee was transported to Renown Hospital for treatment of injuries.

A university employee reported finding his windshield smashed after parking his vehicle in the Fleischmann Agriculture parking lot.
