Police are still searching for a man who hit a 24-year-old University of Nevada, Reno student with his car.Police said they could not release any details on the status of the student, who was taken to the Renown Medical Center with major injuries at the time of the accident Feb. 9.The accident is still under open investigation.Witnesses described the suspect as a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, thin build, early 20s with a short brown crew cut and a clean shaven face. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white design and blue jeans.The car is described as a red 1990s model Toyota Celica with tinted windows and black rims.
