What the hell are you thinking Senators? As if you’re not already unexperienced enough. You have to throw some chick as your speaker in there who has no idea what the F she is doing! Former Sen. Anderson would have made a better Senator than Acosta and a far better Speaker. Personally, I’m not at all friends with Anderson but I do find his legislative experience and passion to triple that of Acosta’s. Bring back Ragsdale, bring back Sen. Perez, Matute, Cabrera, etc. Good luck this year, losers.

Wow. As a member of the 76th session of ASUN Senate, I can proudly say that I voted for Acosta and I have full faith that she will be a great asset. She has already provided much guidance to the new Senate. We elect a Parliamentarian to help regulate rules and ensure that we understand the regulations that we must abide by, that is not the sole role of the Speaker. Speaker Acosta is a returning member of Senate and she has already proven to be a great leader– we didn’t throw “some chick” into that role, many factors were taken into account. Respectfully…
