News Brief: Tahoe Creamery open on student union second floor

Tahoe Creamery opened on the third floor of the Joe Crowley Student Union Monday.Karri Loughlin, the regional manager, said it offers gourmet ice cream made in Minden, Nev.

Tahoe Creamery is offering a signature flavor only served at UNR called Wolf Pack Tracks, made up of vanilla ice cream, a fudge ripple and peanut butter cups.

There are dollar-off coupons available at the store and wooden tokens for a free scoop of ice cream can be found around campus.

Hours:

  • ?Weekdays: 11a.m to 7 p.m.
  • ?Weekends: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • ?Finals week, May 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
