“Until I feel they are ready to return to practice then they will,” Fox said. “When I feel they are then we will go to the next step.”
Nevada basketball players Brandon Fields, London Giles and Ahyaro Phillips were cited on petty larceny misdemeanor charges Oct. 15 at the Sheels sports store in Sparks, Nev.
“I made a commitment to the three of them in the recruiting process to turn them into grown men and I’m not going to turn my back on any of them in that process,” Fox said.
Fields’ misdemeanor charge was dismissed Tuesday after he pled not guilty and served 40 hours of community service.
Giles pled guilty and was fined $457.
Phillips pled not guilty Monday and is still waiting a court date.
