Frank Fahrenkopf, a University of Nevada, Reno alum and co-chair of the Commission on Presidential Debates, said he’s disappointed UNR withdrew its bid for a general election presidential debate last year.

Fahrenkopf participated in the first-ever panel discussion for the Jim Joyce Endowment in Political Communications, which included Reno Gazette-Journal reporter Anjeanette Damon and Las Vegas Sun pundit Jon Ralston.
