Wolf Pack tennis teams miss chance to shine

Heading into the Western Athletic Conference Tournament last week in Fresno, Calif., the men’s and women’s tennis teams had a golden opportunity. Both were riding win streaks of at least three matches and had some momentum going. With head coach Sylvan Malroux coaching both the men’s and women’s teams after former men’s coach Chad Stoloff resigned, the tournament could have been the feel-good story of the tennis season.

Wolf Pack threatened by Nevada wreckers

There is a very serious problem affecting Nevada’s sports teams. No, it’s not the lack of attendance. Nor is it the teams’ struggling to take the next step to become contenders. This problem is much worse. It’s the coaches, and more specifically the reason why coaches seem to be leaving.

Men’s and women’s tennis teams share coaches

Tennis coaches Sylvain Malroux and Guillaume Tonelli already had their hands full last year in coaching the women’s team to a top-60 national ranking. But this year, their task doubled.

Pack tennis team starts season off hot
