Infielder Sean Yamaguchi, who hit 14 home runs in the team’s 2026 campaign, announced that he is entering the transfer portal.
Yamaguchi batted a .310 average while hitting six doubles and 37 RBIs. He also had a slugging average of .595.
The Hawaii native won Mountain West Freshman of the Year in 2025, and was named to the Preseason All-Mountain West Team in 2026.
